Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in criminal and/or family law. This position requires excellent legal drafting and research skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide sound advice to clients. The Associate Attorney will work collaboratively with senior attorneys and contribute to the overall success of our firm.

Duties

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
Assist in the preparation of cases for trial, including gathering evidence and preparing witnesses.
Provide legal advice to clients on matters related to workers' compensation, patent law, securities law, and tribal law regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting clients' interests.
Utilize legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to ensure efficient case management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
