Role Description

This is a remote role for an Attorney At Law at CHECK1TWO INC available to work on contingency on a few on going federal cases at Eastern Distict in New Orleans, Appelas Circuit Court and the United States Supreme Court. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating contracts, and focusing on labor and employment, and other law matters on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Legal Advice and Law skills
Familiarity With Submiting To Pacer
Abitty to Work on Contengency
Ability to Litigate Cases in Federal Court
Any Familiarity With The Following Will Work
Experience in Labor and Employment Law
Experience in Contract Law
Experience in Consumer Law
Experience in Legal Malpractice Law
Experience in Patent Law
Research skills
Negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
