Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in handling personal injury cases.

Duties:
- Assisting attorneys in preparing legal documents related to personal injury cases
- Conducting legal research on relevant laws and regulations
- Managing case files and ensuring all documents are organized and up to date
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information
- Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Coordinating with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in cases
- Assisting in trial preparation and attending court hearings when necessary

Skills:
- Proficient in proofreading legal documents for accuracy and consistency
- Familiarity with personal injury law and procedures
- Experience in legal drafting and contract review
- Knowledge of paralegal duties and responsibilities
- Ability to use legal software such as iManage and Lexis-Nexis
- Understanding of family law principles is a plus
- Familiarity with patent law concepts is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
