Position: Legal Assistant or Paralegal to CR MILES Attorneys. Responsibilities include: systematic monitoring, coordination, and management of case work, correspondence and legal document production, recordkeeping, docketing, filing submissions, proofreading.

Qualifications include:

Bachelor's Degree or Related Vocational School Diploma.
Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe
Proficient in using various online platforms including: www.USPTO.gov, www.sos.state.co.us., LexisNexis, and postal services
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and deal with difficult situations/people
Being task and detail oriented - prioritization, organizational, and time management skills are a must.

Knowledge and Experience Considered:

Legal assistance or paralegal
IP administration or management for a private company

Seeking an individual able to make a long-term commitment, is interested in professional growth opportunities, and has the desire to contribute to firm-wide process improvements.

Setting: Law Office, M - F, 7 am - 7 pm. Overtime available upon request.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
