We’re a growing, dynamic law firm looking for a Junior Lawyer who’s hungry to learn, lead, and grow into a key player on our team. This isn’t a place to coast. We’re looking for someone who thrives on variety, embraces a challenge, and isn’t afraid to put in the work to grow a practice.

What You’ll Do

Real Estate Closings: Handle closings from the offer to purchase through the final title opinion (no title searches required — we’ve got a company for that).

Intellectual Property & Litigation: Get hands-on experience with trademarks, patents, and general litigation.

Business Development: Collaborate with our marketing team, generate leads, participate in live meetings for real-estate agents in various locations, and actively grow the practice and your personal brand.

Leadership: Train and mentor paralegals and junior attorneys as we grow the team.

What We’re Looking For

Licensed in North Carolina (dual-licensed in South Carolina is a MAJOR PLUS).

Proficiency in SOFTPRO and the entire real estate closing process (offer to purchase through final title opinion).

Driven & Business-Minded: If you’re motivated to bring in new clients, we’ll reward you for it.

Adaptable & Versatile: You’ll touch everything from real estate to IP to litigation. No two days are the same.

Independent, But a Team Player: Remote work is the norm, but you’ll need to be ready to show up in person for key moments like closings, meeting, live presentations and events. Has the belief that a customer is always right and that it is always important to do the right thing.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary with performance bonuses tied to business development and firm growth.

Flexible, hybrid work setup (mostly remote, but you’ll need to be within driving distance of North Carolina and/or South Carolina closings).
