Key Responsibilities:

Manage and prosecute cases from start to finish.
Conduct and defend depositions, make court appearances.
Perform legal research, brief writing, and expert interviews.

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school, admission to the California Bar.
3+ years of civil litigation experience.
Excellent communication skills, self-starter mentality.
Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
