We are seeking an energetic Staff Attorney with excelent phone skills to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background and be passionate about providing high-quality legal services. Expertise in Bankruptcies, IRS Debt Resolutions, Unsecured Consumer Debt, and Student Loans is essential.

*Responsibilities*

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues

- Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements

- Provide legal advice to clients on a wide range of financial legal matters

- Stay current on legislative changes that may affect the organization

- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure effective teamwork

*Qualifications*

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Active license to practice law in the state of CA

- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation law, patent law, family law, personal injury law, and tribal law regulations

- Proficiency in Westlaw and other legal research tools

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Prior experience in legal drafting and law office procedures

Pay: $95,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
