*Job Overview*

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various legal areas and possess excellent research and data entry skills.

*Responsibilities*

- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases

- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements

- Manage and organize legal files and documents

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Support attorneys in trial preparation and coordination

- Utilize iManage and Lexis-Nexis software for document management and research

- Assist in patent law, personal injury law, estate planning, and other legal matters as needed

- Collaborate with attorneys on project management tasks

*Experience*

- Proven experience working as a Paralegal or in a similar role

-Working in Family Law is a plus

- Strong knowledge of various areas of law including patent law, personal injury law, and estate planning

- Familiarity with iManage and Lexis-Nexis software for legal research

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
