Title: Patent Attorney (Partnership Track)

Location: Irvine, CA (On-site)

Salary: $200k-$275k (Plus 40% Bonus)

Haraka Headhunters LLC is a legal search firm specializing in corporate attorney placements. We are currently working with a top-tier boutique law firm with decades of intellectual property law practice experience and it is looking to expand its current team.

What We Are Looking For...

Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in the following areas:

Patent Preparation and Prosecution
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or closely related field
Registered and in good standing with the USPTO
In-depth knowledge and experience with one or more of the following areas is a plus: Telecom, artificial intelligence, signal processing, misprocessing, microchips, VR, gaming, 5G/6G, or semiconductors
Experience addressing at least one 101 rejections based on Alice case is a plus!

Education Requirements:

JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, or computer engineering/science
