The firm has substantial IP prosecution and enforcement practices with immediate needs for litigators with 8+ years’ experience prosecuting and defending trademark, copyright, trade secret and/or patent disputes. Partnership opportunities available. Pay commensurate with experience and book size. Without book, annual base pay from $150,000-$200,000.
