Job Summary
As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in case preparation across various legal fields.

Duties
- Manage legal cases from inception to resolution
- Assist in litigation preparation and trial support
- Conduct legal research on various topics
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts
- Maintain case files and documentation accurately
- Assist in project management for legal matters

Experience
- Proficiency in legal case management software
- Strong research skills across different legal areas
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation Law, Patent Law, Personal Injury Law, Tribal Law Regulations, and Environmental Law is a plus
- Experience in legal administrative tasks
- Familiarity with litigating procedures and processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
