Assisting on Matters Before Patent Offices
Patent prosecution strategies for business growth and success
Collaborating with inventors and attorneys
Writing Office Actions
Conducting patent searches

Advanced Degree: Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field
Strong Academic Record
Technical expertise and research experience, preferably patent-related or industry experience
Patent bar eligibility
