Summary

We are seeking a patent agent to join our Patent Development & Strategy group.

Education

Undergraduate or graduate degree in chemical engineering or chemistry

Certificates

Registration with the USPTO

Experience

Minimum of 2+ years of experience with patent prosecution, drafting patent applications, and due diligence
Direct and applicable experience in a large or mid-sized law firm
