We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our highly regarded criminal defense team. Duties

Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
Assist in the representation of clients in various legal matters, including but not limited to securities law, workers compensation law, family law, and patent law.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and participate in client meetings to discuss legal options and outcomes.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and case law relevant to the firm's practice areas.
Manage case files efficiently, maintaining organized documentation for easy access and review.

Skills

Strong knowledge of law office procedures and protocols.
Trial advocacy and legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with DUII, Theft, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault , Pretrial Motions, Investigations, Plea Negotiations, Expungements, and Governor's Pardons.
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound recommendations.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and other offenses in the Adult and Juvenile Courts.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a commitment to achieving positive client outcomes.

Pay: $93,297.00 - $120,000.00 per year
