**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation support, with a focus on patent and securities law. This role will play a critical part in managing legal cases, drafting documents, and assisting with litigation processes. **Duties:** - Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests - Conduct legal research and maintain accurate records of legal cases - Manage complex legal case files using iManage or similar software - Review and analyze legal documents to identify key issues and potential legal disputes - Provide administrative support to attorneys and other legal staff - Assist in preparing for and participating in depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings - Collaborate with litigation teams to develop strategies and manage projects - Utilize PCLaw to track legal documents and maintain a secure electronic filing system - Draft and review legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards - Perform proofreading and editing functions to ensure documents are free of errors - Perform executive administrative support tasks as needed **Skills:** - Strong knowledge of patent and securities law - Proven experience in litigation support, with a focus on litigation paralegal work - Ability to write clear and concise legal documents - Excellent legal case management skills - Proficiency in iManage and PCLaw - Strong proofreading and editing skills - Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to provide executive administrative support as needed - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with attorneys and other legal staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.13 - $37.64 per hour
