Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, mainly personal injury law and workers' compensation law. This role requires excellent legal research and writing skills, as well as the ability to manage cases effectively from inception through resolution. The Litigation Attorney will play a crucial role in advocating for clients and ensuring their rights are protected throughout the litigation process.

Duties

Represent clients in litigation matters across various legal fields, including immigration, patent, personal injury, and workers' compensation law.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
Draft and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and developing case strategies.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.

Skills

Knowledge of personal injury law and general legal principles.
Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
Proficient in conducting detailed legal research using various resources.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in reviewing documents and evidence.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple cases simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills for effective client interaction and courtroom presentations.
Experience in a law office environment is preferred.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
