A prestigious, large law firm in Manhattan is seeking a highly skilled Patent Attorney to join its Intellectual Property team. Position Details:

Location: New York City, Manhattan
Position: Associate (3–6 years of experience)
Compensation: $260,000 – $380,000, commensurate with experience

Qualifications:

Educational background in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar technical fields.
Alternatively, a background in Chemistry or Biochemistry, with experience working within the life sciences industry.
Strong experience in patent prosecution or IP transactions is highly valued.
Excellent academic credentials and a strong track record of legal success.
Admission to the New York State Bar is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients in patent prosecution, litigation, and transactions across diverse industries.
Conduct in-depth analysis of technical and scientific information to support patent filings and IP strategies.
