We are seeking an intellectual property paralegal with this experience:

Amazon takedowns refer to the process by which Amazon removes listings or content from its platform, often due to violations of its policies or copyrights.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Intellectual Property Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of intellectual property law and have experience in legal case management. This role is essential in supporting attorneys with various tasks related to the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Duties

Conduct thorough document review and analysis related to intellectual property cases.
Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
Transcribe legal documents and correspondence accurately.
Manage legal case files and maintain organized records in compliance with firm policies.
Collaborate with attorneys on project management tasks to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Research relevant laws, regulations, and case law using Westlaw and other legal research tools.
Draft legal documents, including contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
Stay updated on tribal law regulations as they pertain to intellectual property matters.
Provide administrative support within the law office environment as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role within a law office setting.
Strong knowledge of intellectual property law, including securities law is preferred.
Proficiency in legal case management software and document management systems.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $103,876.00 - $120,000.00 per year
