*Job Overview*

We are seeking dynamic, skilled, self-starting Attorneys in both our Criminal Department and Business Department to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various areas of criminal law, business law, and possess strong negotiation and writing skills. WE ARE A BUSY FIRM AND REQUIRE A MIMIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE. Pay will commensurate with experience!

*Duties*

- Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials

- Provide legal advice on a variety of issues such as criminal law, business law, patent law, estate planning, cannabis, etc. We are hiring both Criminal and Business

- Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses

- Draft legal documents including contracts, agreements, and pleadings

- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

- Stay current with changes in laws and regulations affecting the practice areas

*Skills*

- Strong ability to write clearly and persuasively

- Excellent negotiation skills

- In-depth knowledge of various legal areas

- Ability to interpret complex legal documents
