Our client, a prestigious law firm, is looking for an IP Litigation Associate Attorney. They have a very successful IP Litigation practice group that often handles high profile litigation for well known clients. You would be joining an established, growing, and modern firm with a lot of room for advancement!

Required Experience:

Proven track record in managing complex IP cases, with a focus on patent litigation.
Experience with all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial experience.
Familiarity with technical aspects of IP law, including understanding of relevant technologies and scientific principles.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Strong research, analytical, and writing skills, with a portfolio of briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Must be an active member in good standing with the state bar in Texas.
3-5 years of experience in IP Litigation.
