Overview
TZZ Law is a boutique IP law firm based in New York (www.tzzlaw.com). We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IP Litigation Attorney with over two-year IP litigation experience. Work hour, location and position can be flexible. Living in Illinois Northern District court area and speaking mandarin are a huge plus. Provide H1B sponsorship if needed.

Requirements:

Over two year IP litigation experience in the US court, including legal drafting and court appearance.
JS graduate from US Law schools.
Licensed in any states of the US, but can reside anywhere.
Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills for effective client representation. Speaking mandarin is a plus.
Can work remotely. Living in Illinois Northern District court area is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing case files.
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within a law office environment.
Hard-worker and dream chaser.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in IP litigation matters, including trials and hearings.
Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis to prepare for cases.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications.
Provide clients with informed advice regarding their legal rights and options.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to litigation practices.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
