The Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Development is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of university-wide initiatives and strategies that support employee engagement, success, and customer service excellence. Responsible for the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive Human Resources programs for the university in alignment with the strategic plan.
The successful candidate will hold a master’s degree in human resources administration, business administration, healthcare administration or related field from an accredited university and ten (10) years of professional level experience in human resources, including five (5) years of managerial experience.
