ScienBiziP P.C. seeks a mid-level litigation associate with the following qualifications: (1) Admitted to California Bar; (2) Strong writing & legal research skills; (3) 3-5 year litigation experience. Must have have experience with all phases of litigation including, but not limited to, experience conducting preliminary investigations and responding to discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, participating in mediation, drafting dispositive motions in state and federal court and extensive communication with clients
We are a boutique Intellectual Property law firm that handles primarily patent litigation, licensing, and prosecution work. Currently, we are looking for a Mid-level litigation associate. Science degree and USPTO registration are preferred but not required. Ability to read and speak Mandarin is a plus, but not required.
