Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, and Trial Defense experience to join our dynamic legal team at our Alpharetta office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in various areas of law, including immigration law, family law, and environmental law. This role requires excellent research and legal drafting skills, as well as proficiency in utilizing legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw. The Associate Attorney will work closely with clients and senior attorneys to provide high-quality legal services and support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on a variety of cases, including immigration, family, environmental, and patent law.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
- Assist in the preparation of cases for trial or hearings by gathering evidence and preparing exhibits.
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations under the law.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and contribute to case strategy development.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress within the law office.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Georgia bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience or coursework in immigration law, family law, environmental law, tribal law regulations, or patent law is preferred.
- Proficient in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
- Strong legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
