Event Customer Service Representative and help us increase awareness of our clients' products through
engaging, pre-planned local events. By working closely with our Event Coordinators, you’ll bring brands to life while delivering
outstanding customer service.

Core Responsibilities
- Be the Brand Voice: Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all events
- Customer Engagement: Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer demonstrations or samples
- Promotion Assistance: Support customers with completing order or registration forms during events
- Pricing Knowledge: Effectively communicate approximate quotes for product packages
- Event Reporting: Keep detailed records of event traffic, customer feedback, and challenges to help improve customer service
Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: Previous event-based customer service experience is a plus
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
- Team Player: Collaborates effectively with the Event Team while also working independently
- Professionalism: Represents the brand positively with enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude
- Flexibility: Availability for evening and weekend events is required
- Thrives Under Pressure: Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-volume settings
