We are looking for a driven professional with substantial industry experience in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive prior art database searches for patentability assessments and Freedom to Operate (FTO) evaluations.
Analyze patents and scientific documentation to support patent attorneys in matters of prosecution, counseling, and litigation.
Draft patent applications, as well as responses to office actions.
Provide technology-related advice to attorneys in preparation for depositions.
Maintain current knowledge of advancements in electrical engineering or computer science.

Required Skills

Strong technical foundation in electrical engineering, computer science, or related fields.
Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities in English.
Preferred expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and function collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications

Possession of USPTO membership, or eligibility to take the exam to fulfill registration requirements as a patent agent.
Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
