About The Role
The Data Entry Specialist for NetSuite is responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data within the NetSuite ERP system. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and familiarity with data entry processes and best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience using NetSuite, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Invoice Processing
What You Will Do:
- Create and process accurate customer invoices in NetSuite.
- Review and verify invoice details, including pricing, quantities, and taxes.
- Apply payments to customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Generate and distribute invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing-related issues.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
- Assist with account reconciliation and dispute resolution.
Data Entry And Maintenance
- Maintain accurate customer information within the NetSuite system.
- Update customer records as needed.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency.
Reporting
- Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and potential issues.
- Provide regular reports to management on key metrics.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and increase efficiency.
- Implement process improvements and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
What You Will Need
- Strong understanding of billing and invoicing principles.
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP, including billing and accounting modules.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting or finance functions preferred.

Compensation for this position is $25.00 -$30.00 hourly, depending on experience.
