Harrity & Harrity, LLP employs superstar patent professionals to draft and prosecute patent applications for leading global technology companies. We are currently looking for an experienced patent attorney or agent, specifically with AI, 5G, or Medical Device experience, to join our Patent Drafting team. This position is 100% remote, flexible schedule, and full-time (1700+ hours per year).

Who you are:
- You are currently doing patent preparation/prosecution work
- You have 2+ years of recent patent preparation experience, specifically with in AI, 5G, or Medical Device applications
- You have a technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent fields
- You are USPTO registered
- Former Examiner experience is a plus
- You are open to learning and utilizing proprietary automation software
- You can get going quickly with minimal training
- You have a great eye for detail
