We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of law and possess excellent research and writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on a wide range of issues
- Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Assist with case management and preparation
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal precedents
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience or interest in areas such as Estate Planning, Environmental Law, Personal Injury Law, Patent Law is a plus
- Ability to litigate cases effectively
