Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various areas of law, including estate planning, family law, and immigration law, with at least 2 years of paralegal experience.

Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on various topics within the scope of law office practices
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and real estate closing statements
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files using document management systems
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in trial preparation and attend court proceedings when necessary

Skills
- Proficiency in a range of legal areas such as estate planning, family law, workers compensation law, environmental law, patent law, and immigration law
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with document management systems and legal research tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
