EE/CS Patent Prosecution / Patent Agent Job Summary
Law Firm seeking mid-level patent agents to join our Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group. This position is open to all our firm offices, with a preference for Atlanta, Washington, DC, Houston, Denver, Kansas City or Salt Lake City.

EE/CS Patent Prosecution / Patent Agent Position Requirements

Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering or industry experience and superb writing and communication skills
Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in electrical engineering or computer science
Admission to the USPTO

EE/CS Patent Prosecution / Patent Agent Preferred Requirements

Experience in either:i. patent prosecution in either electrical engineering or software-related technologies; and/orii. data science/ AI, or networking technologies, especially network security is encouraged; and/oriii. machine learning/artificial intelligence (in addition to data science) and hardware security
