Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our attorneys, assisting in the preparation and management of cases from inception to resolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and documents, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
Duties:
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury cases, including document review, organization, and filing.
- Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal databases to support case development and litigation.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Review and analyze documents and exhibits, identifying relevant information and potential issues.
- Organize and manage case files, ensuring all relevant materials are readily available and up-to-date.
- Provide executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions, both internal and external.
- Utilize iManage to manage and organize case files and documents.
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and communicating effectively with attorneys and other team members.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette, responding to inquiries and calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct proofreading and editing to ensure all legal documents are accurate, complete, and free of errors.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal office as a paralegal or administrative assistant.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
- Familiarity with patent law and the legal research process.
- Proficiency in iManage and Westlaw.
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedule:

-8 Hour Shift
-No Weekends
