Bankruptcy/Creditor Rights Attorney
Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, PLC seeks an attorney with at least two years of law firm or equivalent experience to support the firm’s bankruptcy and creditor rights practice. Candidates should have prior experience in handling creditor rights in the bankruptcy context including assisting property owners dealing with tenants who have filed bankruptcy and lenders dealing with borrowers who have filed bankruptcy, preparing and filing proofs of claim, motions to lift stay as well as pleadings in adversary and reorganization proceedings. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, and have strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills.
