Job Overview:

We are seeking an Entry Level Patent Agent or Technical Analyst to join Am Law 100's Boston or Washington, D.C. offices. This is an exciting opportunity to join an Am Law 100 firm known for its innovation and excellence in legal services. Key Responsibilities:

Patent Application Preparation:
Assist in preparing and prosecuting patent applications.
Prosecution Strategy:
Contribute to developing strategies for patent prosecution.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct technical and legal research related to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office matters.
Litigation Support:
Provide technical support for patent interference and litigation cases.

Qualifications:

Technical Background:
Strong background in physics is essential.
Writing and Analytical Skills:
Excellent writing and analytical skills are required.
Academic Credentials:
Top academic credentials are highly valued.
USPTO Registration:
Not required for this position.
Experience:
0-1 years of experience.

Salary and Benefits:

Boston, MA:
Annual salary range: $105,000 to $250,000
Washington, D.C.:
Annual salary range: $105,000 to $250,000

Additional compensation includes:
