In this exciting role, you will work closely with our account management team to support client relationships and assist in the execution of successful advertising campaigns. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the industry and gain valuable hands-on experience in client management, strategic planning, and campaign implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client accounts, including maintaining regular communication and updating account documentation
- This includes budgets, insertion orders, traffic orders, etc
- Quality assurance: make sure that client campaigns are running properly and match what was ordered
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of proposals and client reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and timely delivery of services

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Experience working in an advertising agency setting or a related role is a BIG plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Sheets and Windows OS
