*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, law office procedures, and possess excellent negotiation skills. *Responsibilities* - Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues - Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and agreements - Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations - Provide legal advice to clients in various practice areas such as immigration law, patent law, family law, estate planning, and workers compensation law - Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and management - Stay updated on changes in the law and legal trends - Utilize legal databases such as Westlaw for case research *Experience* - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the state bar association - Proven experience working in a law firm or legal setting - Strong knowledge of various areas of law including immigration, patent, family, estate planning, and workers compensation - Proficiency in legal drafting and research techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
