Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with the Texas office of a well regarded Intellectual Property boutique law firm in their search for an Intellectual Property Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience with patent prosecution and docketing to work on a REMOTE basis in Texas.
Requirements
- Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience working in intellectual property law, particularly patent prosecution, including reviewing documentation from the USPTO and identifying and docketing deadlines.
- Must be located in the State of Texas.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with an IP boutique or in the IP section of a full-service law firm.
NOTE:
The pay rate will be determined based on the candidate’s industry knowledge and experience.
All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
