Key Responsibilities
- Represent a diverse clientele throughout all phases of disputes, providing strategic business counsel on a comprehensive range of innovative IP services, including patent and trademark prosecution, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, business and licensing transactions, and trade secret matters.
- Engage with clients across various sectors, including consumer products, biotech, pharmaceuticals, sports, entertainment, media, gaming, communications, computer technology, financial services, semiconductors, medical devices, and life sciences.
Required Skills
- Strong drafting and research capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of patent litigation.
- Technical proficiency in complex IP issues, especially with a background in Computer Science or other STEM fields.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, specifically from the class of 2019 or 2020.
- 4-5 years of significant experience in patent litigation within a top-tier law firm environment.
- Stellar academic credentials, including Law Review and/or Moot Court achievements.
- Admission to the New York Bar is required.
