The firm is seeking technical advisors to join its growing Patent Prosecution practice. Candidates are required to have a degree in mechanical engineering, physics, computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, and/or similar degrees, as well as strong academic credentials and excellent references. We are seeking candidates who are interested in becoming patent agents and available to work full-time beginning in June of 2025 when our program begins.
From day one, patent agents are introduced to cutting-edge technology and begin the development of their legal skills. More specifically, patent agents are tasked with working side-by-side with attorneys and other legal personnel to draft and prosecute patent applications before the United State Patent and Trademark Office.
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits.
Compensation range: $125,000 to $130,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
