We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal to join our team. You will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks related to the patent prosecution process, including filing applications, maintaining records, and working with USPTO deadlines. The ideal candidate should possess strong judgment, a positive attitude, and a commitment to integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file patent applications with the USPTO.
Manage filing deadlines and other pertinent USPTO dates.
Maintain all records related to patent applications.
Provide assistance to attorneys in determining patent filing strategies.
Review patent documents for accuracy and completeness.
Conduct legal research as necessary.
Communicate with clients and answer inquiries in a professional manner.
Identify potential issues and provide solutions.
Ensure all information is kept confidential.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience as an Intellectual Property Paralegal.
Advanced knowledge of USPTO rules and regulations.
Strong organizational abilities and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with Google Business Suite.
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
