Looking to work with a reputed and well known Patent/IP Litigation firm in Los Angeles or Irvine?

This firm has 150+ Attorneys/litigators across 5 locations and is a nationally recognized technology litigation firm. Strong compensation and Annual-bonus structure in line with AMLaw firms.

Patent/ IP Litigation Attorney

Location - Los Angeles, CA (same position for the Irvine office as well)

Job type - Full-time

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, and an active Bar license to practice law in California
7+ years of experience specializing in High-tech Patent litigation is preferred. Trial experince and portable clientele will put you on top

Responsibilities:

Provide counsel to clients on a wide range of intellectual property/Patent-related issues, including patent law, trademark law, copyright law, trade secrets, licensing agreements, and Patent litigation
Conduct legal research, draft documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—attorneys, paralegals, and support staff—to develop innovative and effective legal solutions
Represent clients in administrative proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations related to intellectual property matters
