A full-service law firm is currently seeking an IP Litigation Associate at their Ohio offices in Cleveland, Columbus or Cincinnati. They are esteemed for handling IP Litigation and portfolio management on behalf of large clients in Ohio, the Midwest and across the USA.
This role will involve representing plaintiffs and defendants with respect to patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, trade dress, product configuration, unfair competition and licensing claims.
Experience:
The desired candidate should have;
- 2-7 years of patent litigation experience.
- Experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery, and preparing for trial.
- A J.D. from an accredited law school and a license to practice in Ohio.
- Must thrive in a team environment with superior research skills.
