Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding in personal injury law. This role involves providing legal advice, meeting clients, and assisting with negotiations and litigation processes. The Associate Attorney will work collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest quality of legal services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and during negotiations.
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations under the law.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas such as tribal law regulations, patent law, workers compensation law, and others.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases to develop effective strategies for litigation or negotiation.
- Manage case files efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss case progress and strategies.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge personal injury law is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to litigate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Strong legal research and writing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual case responsibilities.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
