In this position you will be assisting attorneys, paralegals, and IP Legal Assistants in Patent Prosecution projects a well as researching, preparing, and filing IDSs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research on patent law and intellectual property matters.
- Draft and prepare Information Disclosure Statements (IDS) in compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with attorneys to gather necessary documentation and evidence for patent applications.
- Review and analyze prior art to ensure comprehensive disclosures.
- Maintain organized records of all research and documentation related to patent filings.
- Assist in the negotiation and drafting of legal agreements pertaining to intellectual property.
This position will pay to 100K plus a 5% Profit share, 27 days of PTO etc..
