A distinguished law firm with office throughout the Eastern United State has an immediate need for a Hybrid Patent Paralegal. The Paralegal will support a team of attorneys in the firm`s Patents & Prosecution practice group.

Duties will include preparing and filing all formal documents and client correspondence related to domestic and international patent filings. The Paralegal will also be responsible for all aspects of patent prosecution from initial filing through issuance and maintenance.

Job Requirements

3+ years of patent law experience
Bachelor`s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
Familiarity with docketing software is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
