What is the summer clerkship about?

This is an opportunity to participate in Milberg’s summer associate program, working on-site at Milberg's San Juan, Puerto Rico office. You will work remotely with our state side offices, conducting legal research, drafting briefs, memos, pleadings, and dispositive briefs, and learning about depositions, mediations and court appearances, among other litigation tasks. This is a high stakes and fast-paced environment that will provide you with invaluable experience learning the day-to-day responsibilities of our associates. Although Milberg is a large, global firm, we make our team involvement very personal to give you the best experience possible. The program runs for approximately ten weeks, and you are expected to be in the office four days a week.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English

This is a temporary program for the summer months, that will last 10 weeks, offering valuable hands-on experience in the legal field.
