At The MH Group, we are currently seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our client's legal team. As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in various legal matters. Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough legal research on various topics including .
- Assist attorneys in preparing for litigation by drafting legal documents and organizing case files.
- Manage and maintain legal documentation using systems like Lexis-Nexis and iManage for efficient file organization.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information for cases.
- Support attorneys in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, witness lists, and other materials.
- Communicate with clients to provide case updates and gather additional information as required.
- Assist in filing legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and efficient case management.

Skills:

- Proficiency in conducting Legal Research and familiarity with Environmental Law and Patent Law.
- Experience with document management systems such as iManage for efficient file organization.
- Knowledge of tools like Lexis-Nexis for legal research purposes.
- Ability to assist in litigation processes including drafting legal documents and trial preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Pay: $54,682.15 - $65,853.77 per year
