Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and be passionate about assisting clients through the complexities of the immigration process.

Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on immigration laws and regulations
- Assist attorneys in preparing immigration cases, including family-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, and asylum applications
- Manage client communication and provide updates on case statuses
- Prepare and file legal documents with government agencies
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
- Assist with data entry and document management systems
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness

Experience
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in immigration law procedures and documentation
- Experience with document management systems
- Strong knowledge of legal research techniques
- Excellent file organization skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with workers compensation law, estate planning, and patent law

Pay: $19.95 - $25.00 per hour
