Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury and/or no-fault litigation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal matters.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, agreements, and contracts
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Assist with case management and trial preparation
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters
- Stay current on developments in relevant areas of law

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of [State]
- Experience in litigating cases in various areas of law such as securities, patent, family, and tribal law regulations
- Proficiency in conducting legal research using tools like Westlaw
- Strong understanding of estate planning and related laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
