*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing support to attorneys in litigation cases. *Duties* - Conduct legal research on various case laws and statutes - Assist in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, and motions - Manage case files and maintain organized documentation - Coordinate with attorneys to prepare for trials and hearings - Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness materials - Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars *Skills* - Proficient in legal writing and drafting - Knowledge of various areas of law including Securities law, Workers compensation law, Personal injury law, Patent law - Familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis - Experience with document management systems - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Proficient in data entry If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for the legal field and possess the required skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Litigation Paralegal.
